Free Ski Dry Land creates new pathways and progressions for young talented Ski athletes wanting to fulfill their ‘On Snow‘ goals to become a talented and more advanced winter sports person... or to further develop and strive to reach their goals and dreams of becoming the next Australian Winter Olympian! 

WHATISDRYLAND

The Dry Land Sessions are specifically designed for fun & fitness with 'On Snow' skills development to minimise the risk of physical injuries throughout the Winter.

Free Ski uses a series of cross training skiing and boarding programs to encourage development, enhance and create an ongoing team structure for the
'On Snow Skills and Fitness' of all Skiers.

 

Free Ski provides a year round experience in all disciplines of skiing i.e. Big Mountain, Moguls, Slopestyle, Ski-X, GS and Aerials, to prepare and imprint on snow for each participants winter goals!

  • Goal Orientation Trampoline sessions

  • Springboard Diving

  • Water Jump Aerial Training

  • NSTC Jindabyne Airbag+Acro Camp

  • High Altitude Overnight Fitness Training Camp

  • 2 Overseas Free Skiing Training Camps:
    Aspen Colorado - January holidays (working with the Aspen Valley Ski Club) & Hakuba Japan - Easter holidays

Free Ski's point of difference is our small selective team of coaches and mentors who are sourced from the highest level of past and current world class champions.


The Dry Land Series operates from November through to 
June.  Dry Land training improves the young athlete's 

confidence, core strength, physical awareness and balance within a safe team environment under the guidance of highly trained dedicated coaches.
