Fri:   Team & family arrival at Penke Panke lodge Collect lift passes and prepare for first day on snow.

Sat:   Orientation day on snow. Stance & body awareness 

Sun:   Turn shape & edging drills. 

Mon:   Rhythm & terrain change throughout turn shape

Tue:   Rest day

Wed:   Pole drills & mogul sectional training / Trampoline session

Thur:   Jump take-off and progression drills

Fri:   Rest day

Sat:   Mogul drills flats AM. Course section drills with air PM

Sun:   Course top to bottom with T sets AM, Jump training & trampoline session PM

Mon:   Edge pressure & turn control AM, Top to bottom training with air PM

Tue:   Rest day

Wed:   Course speed variation drills AM, Speed recovery & reset drills PM

Thur:   Competition visualisation skills & tactics AM, Trampoline session PM

Fri:   Turn rhythm & breathing drills AM, Competition top to bottom drills PM

Sat:   Competition simulation AM, Freeride PM

Sun:   Rest day

Mon:   Edging & weight distribution drills AM, Freeride & speed over variable terrain PM

Tue:   Rhythm & speed skills AM, Park session PM

Wed:   Riders choice

Thur:   Athlete & family departure

*All camps include individual athlete video analysis

The training schedule has been created as a fundamental guide for targeting specific focus on daily skills.

Training sessions may be altered on the day to suit weather and snow conditions.
